Seaboard Estate & Appraisal Services is fully insured 

We have an experienced staff with many years in the trade, including a well versed stager.

We advertise your estate sale broadly, and send out email notices to our mailing list.

We will tastefully stage the property for what is available to sell. This includes some cleaning and display set ups throughout the home.

We will use staffed showcases to display the small pieces and jewelry.

We price everything in the home ahead of time.

We do not let in any early-birds and give zero discounts the first day of the estate sale. We have set percentage discounts for subsequent days, and consider offers at the final hours of the event.

Unlike some estate sale companies, we accept all major credit cards which increases sales by up to one third or more.

We use a custom computer program for sales during the estate sale with a detailed print-out provided post sale.

We settle with the client within ten days, after the event.

We provide post-sale donations and clean-out services if needed.

Martin Willis helped me tremendously when I needed to initiate an estate sale for my late mother’s disparate collection of items; from historical artifacts to household goods.  Martin created a unified presentation of the items that flowed nicely throughout the entire house.  Most importantly for me, I was kept in the loop during the three-day sale so that I knew what was selling and the amount of money being raised.  At the end, I received a detailed report of what had sold and for how much.  I  very quickly received a check for the proceeds.
